These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lounge Player (the “Service”), operated by YURII PAZIUK, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Lounge Player is an internet radio player available as a web app, desktop app, and mobile app. All features are currently free to use. A paid tier may be introduced later; if that happens, these Terms will be updated.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your licence key confidential and for activity under it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for as long as we offer it. Licence keys may have device-activation limits. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or publish licence keys, or attempt to circumvent licensing.
You agree not to: misuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or our infrastructure; reverse-engineer the Service to bypass licensing; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
The Service provides access to internet radio streams operated by third parties. We do not own, control, or guarantee the availability, legality, or content of those streams, and we are not responsible for them. Streams may change or become unavailable at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. Your own data and content (such as your station lists and settings) remain yours.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service or any radio stream will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use Pro ends.
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms here; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
